Event-contract trading was unfamiliar to most retail traders across Europe, so we built an education-led KOL and content engine that turned curiosity about prediction markets into funded, active Kalshi traders.
Regulated event-contract exchange where traders take positions on real-world outcomes
The challenge: Kalshi offered a regulated way to trade real-world events, but across Europe the concept of event-contract and prediction markets was still unfamiliar to most retail traders. Prospects understood stocks and crypto, yet few grasped how taking a position on an outcome worked, why it was priced the way it was, or how it differed from betting. Awareness sat with a small circle of finance-native users, and the path from curiosity to a funded, active account was under-marketed.
Our strategy: We treated education as the acquisition engine. The plan positioned Kalshi as the clear, rules-transparent way to trade on outcomes, using trusted finance creators to walk through real markets end to end. Every activation was tied to a concrete event or theme so attention converted into registrations and funded, active traders rather than passive impressions. The engagement was scoped to a focused Europe campaign, not Kalshi's full market.
What we did: We activated 38 finance and trading creators across YouTube, X and Telegram to break down live markets, pricing and payouts in plain language, and secured coverage across fintech and trading media. Community management built moderated groups where traders could discuss markets and watch outcomes resolve, and social scaled the highest-converting explainer formats around recurring events.
Channels: YouTube, X, Telegram, Fintech PR, Community management
The results: The campaign drove 2.4K new registrations across Europe and converted 1.7K of them into active traders, with content reaching 640K people. A focused roster of 38 finance creators and an education-first narrative — not hype — became the reason traders funded accounts and kept coming back to trade recurring markets.
