Web3 builders across the CIS and Europe shipped on public RPCs until they broke under load. We ran a developer campaign that turned first apps into active, scaling projects on Alchemy.

Web3 developer platform for building and scaling dApps

The challenge: Alchemy had the infrastructure Web3 teams need to scale, but across the CIS and Europe many builders started on free public RPCs and only looked for a provider once their app broke under real traffic. Reliability was Alchemy's strongest argument, yet developers rarely felt the problem until launch day, and localized technical content on the platform was thin. This was scoped to a CIS and Europe developer campaign rather than Alchemy's global footprint.

Our strategy: We targeted teams already shipping — hackathon builders, indie devs and small studios — and led with a concrete outcome of dApps that stay up under load. Advisory work reframed the message around real failure modes instead of feature lists, and every activation guided developers toward a working, connected app rather than a signup.

What we did: Across Ukraine, Kazakhstan, the Baltics, Poland and the wider region we ran developer PR, 24 technical KOLs and hands-on workshops that walked teams through connecting their first app. YouTube build-alongs and X threads carried the technical proof, and each hackathon was tied to a measurable onboarding target.

The results: The push onboarded 3,400 developers and 1,150 new apps within the campaign scope, with active teams up 41% over the period. Several studios moved from a single test project to production infrastructure, the outcome the program was measured on.
