The challenge: Across the CIS and Europe, IC Markets competed with dozens of brokers making near-identical spread and leverage claims. Its genuine ECN, raw-spread advantage was hard to communicate to traders who had heard every promise before, and the introducing-broker network was fragmented, under-supported and inconsistently tracked. Acquisition cost was unpredictable and quality varied widely by partner.
Our strategy: We rebuilt acquisition around two disciplined engines: a professionalized IB program with clean tracking and tiered incentives, and a credibility-led creator layer aimed at active traders across the CIS and Europe. Messaging proved the ECN advantage with execution data rather than slogans, and every partner and creator was measured on funded, retained accounts, not registrations. This engagement was scoped to a focused CIS and Europe campaign, not IC Markets' global footprint.
What we did: We restructured the IB program with transparent CPA tiers, localized partner assets and faster approvals, activating 60 vetted partners. In parallel, we engaged regional trading educators to demonstrate spreads and execution on live accounts, and secured trade-media coverage that reinforced IC Markets' regulatory and execution credibility. Weekly reviews reallocated budget toward the lowest cost per funded account.

The results: The program delivered 1,300 new funded accounts across the CIS and Europe at a $60 blended cost per account on $360K in managed budget. The rebuilt 60-partner IB network became the most efficient acquisition channel, and funded-account quality improved as tracking exposed weak sources. Execution-led proof, not spread claims, turned high-intent traders into retained clients.
